What we do:

1. We reside and maintain a place of business in the United States.
   • Our address: Duluth, Georgia, USA 30097
2. We serve as the liaison between your establishment and the FDA by:
   • forwarding all communications from the FDA to you (or designated contact),
   • responding to the FDA for you, including scheduling inspections,
   • fulfilling all other duties required of the United States agent as outlined in 21 CFhttps://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-21/chapter-I/subchapter-C/part-207/subpart-F/section-207.69R 207.69.
